Services  

Ngurrala Aboriginal Corporation currently manages several projects with work crews. We also provide services to private businesses, land owners & the wider community for a fee for service arrangement. 



Community Development Employement Project (CDEP)

Work Experience: through host employment arrangements is where the participant is placed with a private business which allows the worker to gain on the job training.

Hours & Days: the participant must work for 14 hours per week. Workers compensation for these working hours is covered by Ngurrala Aboriginal Corporation's insurance.  

Training: the CDEP participant will gain those essential skills to obtain fulltime work in their chosen field of employment.

Community Development: the assistance given to private businesses for CDEP placements will enhance them to deliver services to the wider community.

STEP ERS:
The step ers program can assist people with: Pre-Employment Service; which may include the provision of training to potential employees and the development and implementation of recuritment strategies for potential employers. Employment Placement service; to assist employers place and retain indigenous Australians in their workplace. Mentoring; to help employers retain their indigenous employees. 



Training Facility Hire

The training rooms are for hire arrangements, consists of first class training equipment, twenty networked computers with internet access.
We also have a smaller room which will comfortabley hold twelve people for meetings or training purposes. We do provide morning and afternoon tea, essential to order on your booking of venue.



 
Fire Wood Supply

Fee for service arrangement, we can deliver within the Nambucca valley and give discounts to the Aboriginal elders.
