Host Employment
One of the biggest projects that Ngurrala Aboriginal Corporation manages is the Host Employment arrangements. These host employers can vary from health clinics, schools, radio stations, age care services, local Aboriginal land councils, community organisations both Aboriginal & non-Aboriginal.

The aim of placing participants into host employment arrangements is to create an opportunity for the individual to gain on the job training (work experience), fulltime or parttime employment either with their host employer, and or give the participant the encouragement to apply for the jobs that they want.
